Hi Kate

Theres something called :-

http://www.alchemycordial.com.au/content/chai.asp

I bought some the other day as it was recommended in my slimming mag - it is amazing when you have a sugar craving! It's all natural too! It's got chai, cinnamon, vanilla and nutmeg in it.

You pour 15ml into a glass of skim milk and heat up - YUMMO!

This is what the website says :-

Alchemy Chai is made using only natural flavours and is an excellent sleep tonic. A cup of Chai with hot milk at bedtime guarantees a good night’s sleep, as the hot milk in combination with the calming spices will relax and soothe all who dink Chai.

Our most accurate explanation of the unique taste of Chai is that it is like “bread and butter pudding” in a drink.

The fact that Alchemy Chai is in a syrup form makes it easy to use as a flavouring in many desserts.

Chai can be whipped through cream, used in rice pudding and custards, as well as making a wonderful cheesecake. You can find Chai in your Woolworths, Myer or DJ’s and at good café’s and delis.

PS You can buy it in Coles or Woolworths! I got my Mum to have some and she is addicted! It tastes so good you would think it is bad for you but its not at all!
