Well I like my vegies steamed, and then all mushed up together (potato, sweet potato, peas, corn, carrots)!

But that probably doesnt appeal to a lot of people hehe.

The healthiest is probably steaming them, boiling takes out a lot of nutrients. You can boil potatoes but they taste much better baked, if you spray them with oil they wont be too fatty.

omg i love steaming vegies. i used to steam them in the double saucepan but then i brought one these steamers:

its really good and the vegies are cooked beautifully however i can be quite lazy :P so i have recently brought the glad steam lock bags. i just chop the vegies up and put them in the bag you dont add water or oil or anything they just cook in the bag in the microwave in 3.5mins. heaven.

If I'm to just have vegies I usually bake the root vegies (potato carrot, sweet potato,. onion etc) and steam the others. then just some cracked pepper and salt, or if I feel like it, some tomato kassoundi. I normally make things from vegies (say chickpea patties, zucchini slice, vege pasta sauce etc etc)
