If I'm to just have vegies I usually bake the root vegies (potato carrot, sweet potato,. onion etc) and steam the others. then just some cracked pepper and salt, or if I feel like it, some tomato kassoundi. I normally make things from vegies (say chickpea patties, zucchini slice, vege pasta sauce etc etc)
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
