Rice paper rolls

This is easy. the main ingredients are:

Dried Rice paper (from any asian store)
Hoisin Sauce
Plum Sauce

Choose from:
Egg,
roast chicken,
Tofu

Veggies:
Cucumber, julienne
Carrots (as above)
beansprouts
Lettuce

Herbs
Mint leaves

Extra seasoning
Roasted, coarsely crushed peanuts.

Method:
Soak the rice paper in warm water for 30 seconds, take it out, place it on your plate. Put your ingredients in there, put as much sauce as you fancy. Wrap it up so there are no open ends and eat!

Nice and easy.

mmm I love these too and I havent had them for ages, Ithink I might have them on the weekend, I love mine with chilli!!

oh no! How could I forget one of the most important ingredients? Chilli...definitely a must. :D

I ate so much over the weekend. I made them as I ate them. my boyfriend had about 7, I had around 5. I would've had more but the brand of rice paper I bought was really really really salty and it kept making me thirsty. We had mochi for dessert, it was a great weekend :D
