This is easy. the main ingredients are:
Dried Rice paper (from any asian store)
Carrots (as above)
Roasted, coarsely crushed peanuts.
Soak the rice paper in warm water for 30 seconds, take it out, place it on your plate. Put your ingredients in there, put as much sauce as you fancy. Wrap it up so there are no open ends and eat!
