This is a great breakfast to prepare the night before. Then it only takes 2 minutes the next morning. Now you have no excuse for skipping breakfast.

You can add some crumbled walnuts or fresh blueberries to this dish if you like.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • ¾ cup apple juice
  • ¼ cup cottage cheese
  • ¼ cup Greek yoghurt
  • Pinch cinnamon
  • 50g strawberries, sliced

Method

  1. Place into a container oats apple juice cinnamon and cottage cheese. Mix until all incorporated then let sit overnight.
  2. Next morning when ready to serve mix in yoghurt and sliced strawberries. Place into a serving bowl.
