Bran is very good for our general health and can help dieters achieve their weight loss goals by helping them to feel full longer and therefore consumer fewer calories throughout the day.

Ingredients

  • 50g kiwi fruit, peeled and chopped
  • 100g mandarin, peeled and segmented
  • 150g apple, chopped
  • 125g low fat yogurt of choice
  • 50g Bran cereal of your choice

Method

  1. Mix together fruit and yogurt and mix well to combine.
  2. Place cereal in bowl and fruit on top.
  3. Mix cereal and fruit together, if desired.
