Fruit salads and fruit compotes like this one are a great way to ensure you enjoy the taste and health benefits of eating a range of healthy fruits.
Ingredients
- 4 Red Grapes
- 4 Green Grapes
- 1/4 cup blueberries
- 4 strawberries, halved
- 1/2 apple, sliced, leave skin on
- 1 x 175g (small) tub low fat fruit yoghurt - we used Yoplait Raspberry
Method
- Place all chopped fruit in bowl and mix to combine.
- Dollop on your favorite low fat yogurt for extra taste and goodness.
