Banana, Apricot & Bran Smoothie

This smoothie contains bran for added fibre which makes it thick. To make it less thick, just add 1/2 cup more low fat milk. Sprinkle with cinnamon & enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup low fat natural yoghurt
  • 1 cup low fat milk
  • 2 apricots, stone removed (out of season use canned), halved
  • 2 tablespoons bran

Method

  1. Place banana, apricots, milk and bran in blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into glasses and sprinkle with cinnamon.
