If you have Mandarins that are getting a bit soft, making this refreshing and healthy drink is one of the best ways to utilise them.

Ingredients

  • 5 large mandarins (or 6 small mandarins), peeled
  • Mint to garnish
  • Ice to serve

Method

  1. Using a juice machine, food processor or hand stick blender blend the mandarins.
  2. Place ice in your favourite glass, pour juice over and garnish with mint.
