Smoothies are a great way to ensure that you are getting your daily serves of fruit and dairy. One serve of this recipe represents 10% of the recommended daily energy intake of an average person.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup low fat natural yogurt
  • 1 cup reduced fat milk
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Method

  1. Simply blend all ingredients together in an electric blender. Add ice so it is nice and cold.
