This low fat Mini Ham and Pineapple Pizza is made with low fat shaved ham and pineapple pieces to give it an authentic flavour.

This recipe makes a great lunch, snack for the kids or entertaining dish.

Ingredients

  • 1x Mini Pizza Base – or Mini Pita Flat Bread
  • 40g Shaved 97% Fat Free Ham (we used Primo brand) sliced
  • 5 pieces of pineapple chunks
  • 1 tbsp. reduced fat cheese
  • 1 tbsp. pizza sauce or BBQ sauce

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 190C.
  2. Place 1 pizza base on oven tray lined with baking paper
  3. Spread pizza sauce over base of pizza.
  4. Slice the ham into shreds and place on top
  5. Place 5 chunks of the pineapple around the base.
  6. Sprinkle Cheese on top and bake in oven for 15 mins.
