Grilled Spicy Potato

This makes a delicious side dish or a tasty snack on its own. Because it is made using olive oil, this recipe is not low in fat, but is low in saturated fat.

Ingredients

  • 1 small sweet potato, cut into cubes
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • Sprinkle chilli powder
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil

Method

  1. Preheat oven 200C.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the potatoes and spices, drizzle with olive oil.
  3. Cook potatoes in oven for 20 mins or until tender.
  4. Take out and serve immediately.
