To add an extra dimension, add any herbs you like to produce a delicious herb dressing. This recipe features on our low fat club sandwich recipe.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup low fat natural yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp. chopped chives
  • 1 tsp. seeded mustard
  • Pinch mustard powder
  • 1 small clove garlic crushed
  • Pinch brown sugar

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients into a small bowl.
  2. Drizzle over your favourite salad ingredients.
