- 2 tbsp. Cottage Cheese, low fat
- 20g smoked salmon
- Lettuce or spinach leaves
- Crispbread, Vita Weet or similar
- Layer a piece of fresh crisp lettuce on your favourite crispbread.
- Dollop Cottage Cheese onto the lettuce.
- Add a few slices of Smoked Salmon.
- Top with a sprig of fresh dill.
