  • 2 tbsp. low fat cottage cheese
  • 2 slices of your favourite crispbread, light
  • 1 small can tuna in spring water, drained
  • Fresh Rocket
  • Thinly sliced red onion

Method

  1. Layer all ingredients on crispbread.
  2. Season with cracked pepper.
