Recipe Ingredients:

  • 50g kiwi fruit, peeled and chopped
  • 100g mandarin, peeled and segmented
  • 150g apple, chopped
  • 125g low fat yogurt of choice
  • 50g Bran cereal of your choice

Recipe Method:

  1. Mix together fruit and yogurt and mix well to combine.
  2. Place cereal in bowl and fruit on top.
  3. Mix cereal and fruit together, if desired.
