Summer fruit compote

Recipe Serves:

This Recipe Serves 2.

Recipe Ingredients:

  • 4 red plums, chopped
  • 2 apricots, chopped
  • 1 large orange, peeled and chopped
  • ½ cup chopped pineapple pieces
  • 100g of your favourite low fat yogurt

Recipe Method:

  1. Place all chopped fruit in bowl and mix to combine.
  2. Dollop on your favorite low fat yogurt for extra taste and goodness.

Additional Comments:

Tinned pineapple and apricots can be used if these are out of season when you prepare the recipe.
