Dietitians generally recommend diets high in fibre and
for those of us with weight loss goals high fibre foods are our
best friends because they help us feel full longer.
To help you get more fibre in your diet, we've used wholemeal flour to increase
the fibre content in these muffins which are quite dense; but look great
when cut open and served with yoghurt. They great for breakfast or
a healthy snack.
