If you'd like to impress your family or dinner guests, these pears are delicious and look great with the dark chocolate sauce.
Mandarin juice can be substituted for the orange juice if desired to add a different flavour.

This Recipe Serves 2.
1. Place pears in small sauce pan, cover with water and orange rind and half the orange juice.
2. Cook over medium - high heat for approximately 25 minutes or until pears are tender.
3. Heat small saucepan over low heat, add spread and melt, add chocolate and stir over
low heat until combined and melted. Add the second half of the orange juice and stir well to combine.
4. Place chocolate sauce on small serving plate and add pears on top, finish with orange rind and drizzle with extra sauce if desired, serve immediately.
