These baskets look great and are also a great finger food idea. Purple foods are all the rage at the moment because they are so good for our health, and none better than blueberries and blackberries.
We've used natural yogurt in this recipe, but you can use strawberry, or your favourite flavoured yogurt if you prefer.

This Recipe Serves 4.
1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees (160 degrees fan forced).
2. Using rolling pin, roll raisin bread until thin. Using a scone cutter cut out two
circles out of each slice of bread. Melt spread and brush over bread.
3. Place circles in 6 hole muffin tin to form a basket. Place in oven 5-7 minutes or until bread has crisped up.
4. Remove from oven, set aside and cool. Mix yogurt and honey together and place in each basket.
5. Top with berries and serve immediately.
