Fettuccine Bolognese Recipe

Italian people generally are said to have relatively low levels of heart disease which has been attributed to the traditional regional dishes that Italy is famous for. Pasta made with a Bolognese sauce using lean minced meat, onions, garlic, olive oil and fresh tomatoes is certainly one of those classic regional dishes.

We've given this Bolognese a twist, simply by adding red capsicum.
