Italian people generally are said to have relatively low levels of heart disease
which has been attributed to the traditional regional dishes that Italy
is famous for.
Pasta made with a
Bolognese sauce using lean minced meat, onions, garlic, olive oil and
fresh tomatoes is certainly one of those classic regional dishes.
We've given this Bolognese a twist, simply by adding
red capsicum.
