Lean Beef and Vegetable Pastie Recipe

Dishes made with pastry are not something people with weight loss goals should eat often.

But if you watch your portion sizes and make sure the ingredients that accompany the pastry are healthy and low in fat, they needn't be totally off the menu. This recipe doesn't have lots of vegetables but you can add capsicum & mushrooms if you like.

This recipe is a good source of protein.
