Mango And Passionfruit Smoothie Recipe

Recipe Serves:

This Recipe Serves 1 or 4 people.

Recipe Ingredients:

    Single Serve
  • 1 Cup low fat milk
  • 1 small tub (80g) low fat vanilla yoghurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 ripe mango, sliced
  • 1 passion fruit, pulp removed

  • Serves 4
    • 4 Cups low fat milk
    • 1 large tub (320g) low fat vanilla yoghurt
    • 4 tablespoons honey
    • 4 ripe mangos, sliced
    • 4 pieces of passion fruit, pulp removed

Recipe Method:

  1. Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.

Additional Comments:

If fresh passion fruit is not available use 8 tablespoons canned passion fruit pulp.
