Strawberry and Mango Smoothie Recipe

This Recipe Serves 1.

Recipe Ingredients:

  • ½ ripe mango, peeled and sliced
  • ½ cup chopped strawberries
  • 1 cup low fat milk
  • 125ml low fat strawberry yogurt

Recipe Method:

  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth.
  2. Serve immediately.

Additional Comments:

Try this recipe on the kids, they may just love it and it's a muchhealthier option than fizzy drinks!
