Don't be put off this healthy guacamole recipe because of the relatively high fat levels. The fat comes from the Avacado which are considered to be one of natures superfoods.

Avacodo is high in fibre and healthy fats, while naturally low in sugar and sodium. They are rich in vitamin C and help lower cholesterol. Besides all that, they're also yummy.

  • Half diced tomato
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoon salt reduced taco seasoning mix
  • 1 clove garlic
