Chipolatas originated in Italy and usually refer to small sausages made with
finely ground pork.
These Chipolatas combine pork mince and lean veal or beef and can be served
with a salad for lunch, or perhaps in a pita wrap with some salad of your
choice.
Enjoy as a family treat or suprise and delight your friends
when they drop by for a bite to eat.
This Recipe makes 18 to 20 Chipolatas.
