Cottage Cheese and Grilled Chicken Roll Recipe

Many people add high fat cheeses and condiments to make healthy bread rolls taste better.

This recipe combines the goodness of a healthy grilled chicken roll and adds flavour with low-fat cottage cheese.

Enjoy these delicious rolls at lunch on your own or with family and friends.

Healthy Lunch Recipe : Cottage Cheese and Grilled Chicken Roll

Recipe Serves:

This Recipe Serves 1.

Recipe Ingredients:

  • 1 tub of Bulla Sweet Chilli Cottage Cheese.
  • 1 Bread Roll.
  • 4 Pieces of thinly sliced Red Capsicum.
  • 50 grams Grilled Chicken Breast.
  • Sprinkle of Fresh Coriander.

Recipe Method:

  1. Cut a freshly baked Crusty roll into two halves length ways.
  2. Spread on the Cottage Cheese.
  3. Add the Grilled Chicken Breast.
  4. Place the Red Capsicum evenly across the top.
  5. Sprinkle the Coriander to taste.
