Cottage Cheese and Prosciutto Roll Recipe

Being on a diet doesn't mean that you have to totally avoid your favourite foods like prosciutto.

You just need to watch your serving sizes and combine them with lower-fat, lower calorie foods.

This recipe combines whisper thin slices of prosciutto with cottage cheese and baby spinach to produce a healthy and tasty lunch.

Cottage Cheese and Prosciutto Roll Recipe

This Recipe Serves 1.

Recipe Ingredients:

  • 1 tub of Bulla Sundried Tomato & Basil Cottage Cheese.
  • 1 single-serve sized Crusty Bread Roll.
  • Half a hand-full of Fresh Baby Spinach leaves.
  • 20 grams of thinly sliced prosciutto.

Recipe Method:

  1. Slice the bread roll in half, length ways.
  2. Grill both halves of the roll until golden brown.
  3. Spread the bottom half of the roll with the Cottage Cheese.
  4. Add the fresh baby spinach leaves and slices of prosciutto.
  5. Add the top half of the bread roll and enjoy.
