The true secret to successful weight loss is finding healthy foods you enjoy
eating, and who doesn't enjoy eating Nachos?
This is a nice twist on the traditional Nachos.
Serving with
guacamole (avocados are very healthy) adds the finishing touch. If you
don't have the time to make the guacamole, serve the Nachos with a low
fat guacamole dip.
