This burger is a healthy and tasty alternative to traditional lean beef
burgers and is very quick and easy to prepare.
By grilling the vegetable pattie instead of frying it, you'll reduce
the total calories of the burger which should be your aim if you're trying
to lose weight.
As well as adding healthy nutrients the guacamole and tomato
add texture and taste to this burger.

The burger is also delicious with tomato chutney, so you can use this instead of the seeded mustard, if desired.
