Even when we're dieting, it's nice to have a treat every now and again!
This Apricot and Almond Balls Recipe makes a sweet little snack or morning tea and are great with
your favourite cup of coffee.
If you're not watching your weight too closely, they look great with white
chocolate drizzled on top, or if you don't have the time to do this, simply
dust them lightly with icing sugar.
This Recipe makes about 48 Balls.
These Apricot and Almond Balls can be stored in the refrigerator for 3-4 days.
