Research suggests that many of us don't consume enough fibre in our diets and
that because it keeps us feeling fuller longer, fibre can help us to lose weight.
This smoothie contains a considerable amount of fibre as bran has been added.
It is quite thick however, and if you prefer yours to be a little less thick,
simply add ½ cup more low fat milk. Sprinkle with a pinch of cinnamon
and enjoy!
