Cajun Tortilla Triangles and Dip Recipe

These tortilla triangles are very tasty as well as being quick to prepare and cook.

If you don’t have any biscuits or crackers for dipping these are great to use. They are also good on an antipasto platter or to serve with a thick pureed soup.

Cajun Tortilla Triangles and Dip Recipe

Recipe Serves:

This Recipe Serves 4.

Recipe Ingredients:

  • 3 tortillas cut into 10 triangles
  • 1 teaspoon of Cajun spice mix or Sweet paprika
  • ½ teaspoon season all
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil or olive oil spray
  • 2 dips of your choice (e.g. tzatziki or avocado)

Recipe Method:

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees (160 fan forced).
  2. Place  tortillas on tray, spray with olive oil or if no spray, brush olive oil on with pastry brush.
  3. Place in oven and cook for about 5-7 minutes or until just golden brown. Take out of oven and let stand 2 minutes (Tortillas will firm on standing).
  4. Serve with your favorite dips or salsa.

Additional Comments:

If you are watching your weight, you might want to opt for lower fat or reduced fat options if available.
