Celery with Sour Cream and Cherry Tomatoes Recipe

Celery and dry biscuits are common diet snacks, but individually they can be bland and boring.

When combined together with cherry tomatoes and sour cream they are still healthy but are anything but tasteless and boring.

Celery with Sour Cream and Cherry Tomatoes  Recipe

Recipe Serves:

This Recipe makes 4 pieces.

Recipe Ingredients:

  • 1 medium celery stick 
  • 4 cherry tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons low fat sour cream
  • Dry biscuits of your choice (e.g. Water Crackers)

Recipe Method:

  1. Cut celery into 4 pieces (about 6-8cm long).
  2. Spread sour cream in middle of celery.
  3. Cut cherry tomatoes into quarters and pop on top of the sour cream.
  4. Serve on there own or with dry biscuits of your choice.

Additional Comments:

If you're not a big fan of sour cream, you could use a low fat cheese spread or cream cheese instead.
