Recipe Ingredients:

  • Bulla Cottage Cheese (Onions & Chives)
  • Smoked Salmon
  • Lettuce
  • Dill
  • Crispbread

Recipe Method:

  1. Layer a piece of fresh crisp lettuce on your favourite crispbread.
  2. Dollop a teaspoon or two of Bulla Onion & Chives Cottage Cheese onto the lettuce.
  3. Add a few slices of Smoked Salmon.
  4. Top with a sprig of fresh dill.
