Recipe Ingredients:

  • 1 tub of Bulla Gherkin Cottage cheese.
  • 2 slices of your favourite Crispbread.
  • One small can of water-packed Tuna.
  • Fresh Rocket.
  • Thinly sliced red onion.

Recipe Method:

  1. Spread your favourite crispbread with Bulla Gherkin Cottage Cheese.
  2. Drain and then add the tuna chunks.
  3. Add the fresh rocket and thinly sliced red onion to taste.

Additional Comments:

This recipe is great with any smoked fish or your favourite lean deli meats.
