This Recipe Serves 1 or 4 people.
Ingredients:
Single Serve
1 Cup low fat milk
1 small tub (80g) low fat vanilla yoghurt
1 tablespoon honey
1 ripe mango, sliced
1 passion fruit, pulp removed
Note: If fresh passion fruit is not available use 2
tablespoons canned passion fruit pulp.
Serves 4
4 Cups low fat milk
1 large tub (320g) low fat vanilla yoghurt
4 tablespoons honey
4 ripe mangos, sliced
4 pieces of passion fruit, pulp removed
Method:
Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
Additional Comments:
If fresh passion fruit is not available use 8
tablespoons canned passion fruit pulp.
