This Recipe Serves 1.

Recipe Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon currants  
  • 1 tablespoon sultanas
  • 1 tablespoon raisins
  • 1 tablespoon dried apricots, chopped  
  • 200ml yogurt of your choice

Recipe Method:

  1. Mix dried fruit together in bowl and stir in yogurt to combine.
  2. Delicious served over plain cereal or even on its own.

Additional Comments:

Also lovely served over pancakes or pikelets.
