Lake Burley Griffin Walking Path Canberra

Lake Burley Griffin (Central Basin) - Canberra

Start: Start and finish at the Australian National Library.

Distance: Approximately 8km (round trip).

Comment: This walk can easily be extended by continuing to walk towards either the East or West Basin of Lake Burley Griffin.

Lake Ginninderra - Belconnen

Start: Start and finish anywhere around Lake Ginninderra.

Distance: Approximately 6km (round trip).

Comment: This walk is perfect for beginners and experienced walkers alike. The distance covered can be extended easily by walking along any of the intersecting cycle / walk paths.

Lake Tuggeranong Circuit - Greenway

Start: Start and finish anywhere around Lake Tuggeranong.

Distance: Approximately 7km (round trip).

Comment: Beginning walkers and joggers may want to turn back before the halfway point and build up to the full distance gradually.

Weston Oval to Tuggeranong Parkway - Weston

Start: Start and finish at the Weston Oval.

Distance: Approximately 4.5km (return).

Comment: By walking along the intersecting bike / walk paths after the Tuggeranong Parkway this walk can easily be extended.
