Round the Bridges of the Swan River - Perth

Start: Start anywhere between the Causeway or Narrows Bridge.

Distance: Approximately 10km (round trip).

Comment: Beginning walkers and joggers may want to turn back at any point before the halfway point and build up to the full distance gradually.

Lake Monger - Wembly

Start: Start and finish anywhere around Lake Monger.

Distance: Approximately 4km (round trip).

Comment: This walk can easily be extended by walking toward Herdsman Lake and exploring the walking tracks there.

DNA Tower to Arthur Fairall Playground, Kings Park - Perth

Start: Start and finish at the DNA Tower (WA Botanic Garden).

Distance: Approximately 2.5km (return).

Comment: This walk can easily be extended by exploring the surrounding parkland and gardens using one or more of the available walking paths.

Sorrento Beach to Watermans Bay Beach - Sorrento

Start: Start and finish at Sorrento Beach.

Distance: Approximately 4km (return).

Comment: This walk can easily be extended by continuing on past Watermans Bay Beach or beyong Sorrento Beach.

Neil Hawkins Park to Quarry Lookout - Lake Joondalup

Start: Start and Finish at the Neil Hawkins Park.

Distance: Approximately 3.5km (return).

Comment: Despite being a nature trail, there are dual pathways in place for cyclists and walkers.

Zamia Trail, Bold Park - Floreat

Start: Start and finish at Reabold Hill carpark.

Distance: Approximately 5km (round trip).

Comment: This walk provides panoramic views over surrounding bushland to Rottnest Island, Garden Island, the Darling Range, Perry Lakes and Perth CBD.
