iu have found in everything i have done and do teach that the best way to motivate yourself is through poositive thoughts,
i know that sounds laim but if we think back to how powerful the mind is and what a role thqat plays in our daily lives then you will see what i mean,
if we think to exercise i often tell the people i coach that when they have had enough training and are ready to throw it in as they are nakkered, that if a gun shot went off i have no doubt they would be able to sprint, meaning that there mind is over it not necessarily there body. we always have more then we think.
when walking or running for those who can if your on the street and you get to say house number 10 (for example) and your about to stop just keep going until house 14, this again proves that the mind is the thing that needs work not the body!!
with things like eating i think the best thing i found was a saying that someone told me i will never foget it.
NOTHING TASTES AS GOOD AS SLIM FEELS
that is such a powerful message.
