What a great thread.

Nevermind kilojoule and fibre counts this stuff is REAL weight loss advice.

A couple I like:-

Moby - Beautiful.
NIN - Closer (warning its a very rude song).

"Lean into your fears. Dare them to do their worst and SHRED them when they try"

I'll admit, most here wont agree.
But some good old angry metal gets me there for some reason.
Or good dance music, great beat... keeps one foot in fron of the other.

I really love lots of different genres however metal/rock is my chosen music genre for working out. Out riding up a big hill nothing more motivating than some frantic riffing from a metal band for me anyway 8)

Some say doof doof.
Some say doosh doosh.

I say Uhn-tiss Uhn-tiss...

I listen to a bunch of Crystal Method, Paul Oakenfold, BT, Tiesto when on the bike to work. It's 25km so I need some good motivation to keep on peddaling. Works out for me just fine :)
