sure did...but i broke it up into 10 min sessions...one in the morning and one in the arvo....much better to do that than start skipping and be like...MAN ive gotta do this for 15 more mins!!..
Even so 10mins is hard work! I'm going to buy a skipping rope on the weekend so I can do something different to break up my exercise routine. Will let you know how I go but I doubt I'll be anywhere near your level! Something to work up to though I suppose.
