Great Fat burning workout

Hi , I have seen amazing results in my clients with this workout simple workout:

*Note: If you have health issues or injuries see your doctor before exercising.

30 minunte weights ( body weight exercises or machines) make sure its a fullbody workout though. Hit legs,chest,upper back,abs and finnish of with some core exercises like planks. Aim for 2-3 sets of 12-15 reps
30 minutes cardio ( jog, bike,brisk walk or swim) work only between 55-65% HR Max for maximum fat burning .

Do this 3 times a week and watch your waistline shrink.

Fat burning you do a exercise for that avoid a calorie food or junk food take a healthy food also and also take a fruit,juice and vegetables and oat's item is best it burn your fat,and you do exercise is also burn a fat,and you also take a warm lemon water after a taking meal and also mix honey in lemon water is good for health it reduce your fat.
