Hi, my exercise diary is to keep track of all the physical activity I've been doing in order to get back down to 10% body fat. I usually just do 25 minutes of exercise and be done with but I think this will help me keep on track. Right now the strategy is just to cut. Lose as much weight as possible with a high percentage of that being body fat. On a calorie allowance ot 900 a day, my body may start cannibalizing muscle so some mild resistance training is also necessary.
