i tried some tea from a street vendor in hong kong - i can't remember what healing properties it was meant to have - but my poor western taste buds couldn't take it

I switched from tea to coffee for the same reason when I was a teenager - I got braces and it was starting to yellow around them. My orthodontist told me to put more milk in my tea, but I didn't like that, so coffee it became! But if you like milk in your tea, then that might be the solution for your teeth. It's full of healthy nutrients, so that's a pretty valiant craving!

have you tried milk tea? milk tea are great. I dont like the taste of those tea from tea bags, i prefer adding lemon extract or a bit sugar to it.
