86.1kg for a loss of 1.7kg this week.
Hi again, thanks for the the support everyone. I did my fence maintenance in hot weather and also did a few walks this week before getting a cold. I have kept my kilojoule intake the same since I started last month, which gave me a projected weight loss of 1kg a week, so any variance in weight loss is due to exercise or physical work. Weighing less now and consuming the same kilojoules I should lose 0.9kg a week if I return to my normal activity levels.
When I was 94kg I needed 11500 kj's per day to stay the same weight with my activity level. I reduced my kj's to 7000 per day for the 1kg loss per week. This works out to a reduction of 31500 kj's over a week. 1KG of fat has 32000 kj's.
Can you tell I'm a numbers person and like math.
I find it's not so much what you eat, but how much of it you eat, as long as your kj's are less than you burn, you'll lose weight. But healthy food has less Kj's per 100grams so it fills you up more. I find myself feeling quite full, but have eaten more to keep at 7000 kj's a day.
Ok, enough rambling on this post, I'm off to Taupo early this morning for 3 days, so this could be a test with no food scales.
Until next week.
