I am a single mum living in QLD, my little one is 1 year old and I think it is about time to get back on the horse, so to speak. I was at a slim and trim 65kg before falling pregnant but ballooned out to 90kg at 9 months pregnant (it hurts to even write that!) and I am now at 95kg- enough is enough. Although I do want to lose weight my ultimate goal is to achieve a healthy lifestyle, one that I can pass onto my child.
My starting weight is 95kg.
I would like to lose at least 10kg by December (in 6 months’ time).
My ideal weight is 70kg which is a total of 25kg to shed.
