My name is mira i'm 105 kg and 171 cm......dont know what to do.....any suggitions????

Hi Mira

The key to dieting is to use more energy than calories you intake each day.

Exercise and diet together can lead to reall life changing lifestyles.

I am sticking to 1200 calories a week and exercising by walking daily and doing aerobics and toning exercises.

I am 69.2 kgs and my height is 153cm. I'm a size 14 and am aiming to be a size 10.
