Hi all
We are new to this forum. I say we has myself and my partner will be using this forum.
We have decided that in the new year we would change our lifestyle and get healthier, fitter and most importantly lighter!
We have done 4 or 5 of the fad diets and have successfully lost weight but rebounded due to the rapid loss and the unrealistic lifestyle of them.
This time we are not dieting we are changing our eating habits. We are basically going with the paleo diet. Basically all our shopping will be at the fruit and vege shop and a butcher, also local markets.
We have also joined a gym with Personal Trainers to get us started.
A bit about ourselves
My name is Tony. I am 98kg and 5ft 11
I am very active playing sport 3 nights a week which I play at state level.
My partners name is Alex, she is just heavier than me and 6 ft tall
She has not been as active as me but she is getting there.
Our goal is to lose 1kg a week for six months. Our incentive is that if we can reach our goal we will go for a holiday overseas and a new wardrobe!
So that is some basic information about us. We have come to this site as you are all probably aware that there is so many negative people that will tell you that you can't do it. We have joined to share our stories and get as much information as we can
