New to Weight Loss

I am just starting a weight loss challenge. I have never had the right mind set to do it but now I feel I am and I am excited to see how I go. I am 93 kg so have a fair way to go but have a 12 month goal to lose weight as my little sister is getting married and i want to look good for it. I hope by weighing in each week and being able to write on here and get inspiration from others I will be successful this time :D

Hi Sez

One idea is to keep a food diary. It aids as a reminder to what you are eating so that you can modify your habits if necessary. There are lots of useful articles and tools on the main web site also.
